With more than 30 years in commercial property, Gabriela advises investors, developers, business owners and owner-occupiers across property advisory, development, buyer advocacy, asset management, sales and leasing. Her focus is on identifying opportunity, protecting asset value and creating strong long-term commercial outcomes.
Through GA Industrial & Commercial, she leads the management of assets ranging from smaller commercial properties to large and complex portfolios, with a strong focus on asset performance, income optimisation, risk management and long-term value creation.
Gabriela’s career also includes experience within major corporate organisations including Boral and APA Group, giving her exposure to large-scale corporate environments, strategic planning, stakeholder management and commercial decision-making.
Originally from Romania, Gabriela has built her career across different countries, cultures and business environments. Speaking seven languages has been a significant advantage throughout her career, helping her understand different cultural perspectives, connect with diverse clients and build strong business relationships. She has also developed extensive international and diplomatic exposure, engaging with business, community, consular and diplomatic networks across different cultures.
Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Economics and Certificate IV in Property. Over the years, she has received industry and community recognition through the REIV Awards, Real Estate Business Awards, Stevie Awards and local government awards.
Beyond property, and very close to her heart, Gabriela is the founder of Immigrant Women in Business Australia, Your Safe Haven and the Ladies Christmas Ball — initiatives focused on creating opportunity, supporting communities and empowering women.
Gabriela and her husband, Bruno Santi, have recently established a specialist advisory venture focused on property development, Build to Rent and strategic property advice for private family offices and sophisticated investors. Website coming soon.
Outside work, her ventures and charitable commitments, Gabriela enjoys sailing, horse racing, travelling the world and spending time with her family.
