Gabriela has a vast experience of over twenty years in all facets of the Real Estate industry. She has a Bachelor of Economics, Certificate IV in Property and is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Gabriela has had senior roles with large Corporations such as APA Group, Boral Limited, Klemms Business Brokers and various real estate agencies including Philip Webb Real Estate and Cameron Industrial with a primary focus on industrial and commercial property sales/leasing/ management, project planning, corporate governance and business development.
Gabriela is an expert in her field and is always there to help if needed. In addition to her business skills she is also multi-lingual and speaks, Italian, Hebrew, Greek, Spanish, French and Romanian.
Gabriela can also assist after hours and on weekends as she is fully dedicated to her work and her clients, intending to continue to grow GA Industrial & Commercial to become a Leading brand in this space.
In her private life, Gabriela loves sailing, is a member of the Royal Brighton Yacht Club (RBYC) and Ocean Racing Club of Victoria (ORCV) and nothing can stop her racing those yachts. She is a great believer in women leadership and women empowerment, focusing on mentoring young girls to join the commercial industrial real estate.
She loves what Bayside has to offer, adores her 2 toy poodles Bacci and Buba and has a very active lifestyle. Aside from sport and work, her family life is equally important, continuously focusing on her two adult children and their future.

Working with the Managing Director and being an integral part of GA Industrial & Commercial, Elizabeth manages the office and ensures a high level of service is provided to all landlords and tenants equally.
With over 20 years’ experience in property management, a Certificate IV in Property, and Advanced Diploma in Business Advertising and Marketing, Elizabeth and Gabriela are the perfect team as they have been working together since 2014 and are generating remarkable results for their clients given their synergy.
Elizabeth has led and trained teams, has managed large property portfolios and is always the consummate professional, being highly regarded in the industry. She is very passionate about commercial industrial real estate and her knowledge and dedication has seen her build a great database of devoted clientele.
In her private life, she is a ferocious Melbourne supporter, does not miss a footy game and enjoys spending time with her family having 2 young children and a fur baby Kolby. School holidays are her favourite periods, as she loves going away on holidays to enjoy the hot weather wherever that may be.

With a double degree in Marketing and Business Management from RMIT University, she blends strategic insight with practical know-how to craft marketing that truly connects.
At GA Industrial, Brooke manages most aspects of our marketing—overseeing social media, website updates, award submissions, and public engagements. She also leads the marketing efforts for all the charitable initiatives GA Industrial supports, playing a key role in amplifying their impact and visibility in the community.
